Our website has a chat assistant that answers questions about our services, and can connect you with our team. You can use it without an account or login. When you use it, we store:

How chat information is used

   Answers are generated by Google's Gemini AI service, using the content of our website.

   If you ask to speak with a person, a summary of the conversation and any email or phone number you shared are sent to our team through Slack so they can reply.

   We use chat content only to answer you, follow up if you asked us to, and improve the assistant's answers.

How long we keep it

   Chats where you did not share contact details are deleted 30 days after the last message.

2. 02

   Chats where you shared an email or phone number are kept for up to 12 months after the last message, then deleted.

Sharing your email is optional. Once you send a message, we keep a random chat identifier in your browser for 30 days after your last chat, so you can see your earlier conversation when you come back. It is used only for the chat and is not used to track your browsing. Choosing "Start a new chat" in the chat window removes it. To have your chat deleted sooner, email contact@techemulsion.com with the email address you shared, or the date and approximate time of the chat.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reason we collected it, or as long as the law requires. Client project data is kept for the length of the engagement and as set out in the contract.

We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Data moves over encrypted connections. No method is 100% secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

You can ask us at any time to:
